Tide Cleaners – Full Time
Pay: $40,000–$45,000 per year (paid hourly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM start (typically 12:00–3:00 PM finish)
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Position Overview
Tide Cleaners is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Production Manager to lead our garment processing operations. This is a working management position that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
This role is active and physically demanding and you will be on your feet and fully involved in daily production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and oversee all cleaning equipment, including:
Dry cleaning machines
Laundry systems
Wet cleaning systems
Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
Spot and treat stains to meet Tide Cleaners’ high-quality standards
Stage garments efficiently for pressers
Supervise pressers and oversee daily workflow
Manage and approve timesheets for pressing staff
Ensure adherence to cleaning and pressing standards
Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment
Maintain organization, efficiency, and production timelines
Qualifications
Prior experience in dry cleaning, laundry operations, or garment production preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform active work
Reliable, punctual, and organized
